We were asked by our client SAGEMCOM ENERGY & TELECOM to help electrify rural areas in north-western Gabon. With our high voltage expertise, we designed the LV/MV energy conversion solution. In this context, we supplied 5 step-up substations for the redistribution of solar energy.

PROJECT

AUSAR ENERGY, an African subsidiary of the ENGIE Group, was awarded a photovoltaic project by the Caisse de Dépôt et de Consignation du GABON: the construction of a hybrid solar power plant. Consisting of solar panels, string inverters and substations, this plant produces 554 MWh per year and supplies 1,586 households.

Our expertise in terms of design and integration, together with the support of our partners, are the criteria that led us to be selected for this pilot project of a hybrid photovoltaic power plant.
